Animism is an indica-dominant hybrid, roughly 70% indica and 30% sativa, born from a cross betweenAnimal Cookies and the Joseph strains. It stands out as a rarer cultivar, delivering a potent high that rides in with THC typically in the low to mid twenties. The onset opens with a lifted mood and a giggly flutter, then a heavy stone braids through the body, pulling you toward a deep, all-encompassing calm.
As the high settles, a couch-locked stillness takes over and sleepiness gradually washes over the senses, often tipping into a long, peaceful slumber. This sedative arc makes Animism a common choice for treating insomnia, chronic pain, depression, muscle spasms, and cramps, offering substantial relief by intertwining mood elevation with pronounced physical relaxation.
The buds present as dense, heavy clusters of dark olive green with rich purple undertones, accented by purplish hairs and a coat of purple-tinted trichomes. On the aroma, sour citrus leads the way, sharpened by diesel and fuel notes, while the flavor echoes a sour lime profile. The overall sensory package nods to citrus and lime with earthy, spicy hints, underscoring a robust, enduring profile that suits a final unwind or a therapeutic session.
