Auto Pounder is an indica-dominant autoflowering cannabis strain, a triad blend with a strong indica backbone, a touch of sativa, and a dash of ruderalis. It hails from crossing Big Bud, Auto J, and Power Plant, yielding a sturdy, easy-to-grow plant that rewards growers with generous returns. The buds are oversized, fluffy and conical, emerald-green with minty undertones, thin orange pistils, and a coating of chunky minty-white trichomes. When the nugs are broke apart, they release a scent profile of spicy herbs, sour lemon, and fruity earth, a palate that follows with citrusy lemon, fruity sweetness, and a delicate floral lift.
As an autoflowering option, Auto Pounder suits indica lovers and breeders seeking a reliable, low-maintenance cultivar. The high begins in the head with a happy, uplifted mood and a tingly giddiness that fosters smiles and easy conversation, then shifts into a relaxed body sensation while the mind remains clear. With THC typically in the mid-teens, the experience offers a balanced, energizing drift followed by a soothing calm rather than full sedation.
Physically, the effect settles into a noticeable calm that eases tension and aches without burying you in couch lock. This trait makes Auto Pounder a versatile choice for addressing chronic pain, cramps or muscle spasms, insomnia, PMS, and depressive symptoms. The flavor mirrors the aroma, leaning citrusy and floral with lemon and spice notes and a bright, fruity-sweet finish, underscored by a fresh earthiness that ties the profile together.
