Gelato #45 is a slightly indica-dominant hybrid, with a 55% indica and 45% sativa makeup, born from a cross of Girl Scout Cookies and Sherbet. Its dessert-like lineage shows through in a fruit-forward profile: a sweet berry citrus flavor with a creamy undertone on the exhale. The aroma follows suit, mixing fruity berry with pine and a sour citrus edge. Visually, the buds are compact, heart-shaped, a forest green shaded with deep purple undertones, accented by thin orange hairs and a frosty coat of trichomes.
On the mind and body, Gelato #45 delivers a calm, uplifting effect rather than a jolt of energy. A few minutes after the final exhale, a wave of happiness and expansive euphoria settles in, often accompanied by sociability and occasional giggles, while a gentle physical tingle helps keep you anchored. With an average THC level in the mid-20s, the state tends to soothe anxiety and depression and may ease chronic stress, PTSD, and pain.
Terpenes sketch a layered bouquet, with notes of berry, citrus, and cream alongside hints of pepper, wood, and earth that emerge as you smoke or vape. The look of the buds—green with purple hues, orange pistils, and a frosty glaze—matches its easygoing, comforting vibe. In practical terms, Gelato #45 is often recommended where mood stabilization and gentle relief from tension are desired, making it a popular choice for relaxing evenings and social-but-relaxed sessions.
