Guava Dawg is an indica-leaning hybrid born from a cross of Afghani #1, Stardawg, and Tres Dawg, a lineage that cannabis enthusiasts often refer to as a celebrity child for its standout lineage and performance. The blend combines earthy, resinous depth with bright, chem-inspired brightness, producing a bud that catches the eye with its character as much as with its aroma. It’s a cultivar that invites exploration, offering a complex profile that rewards careful tuning of expectations and experience.
The effects unfold quickly, beginning as you exhale with a lift of creative, energized thought that nudges the imagination toward artful musings and reflective ideas. The high is heady and giggly, a carefree breeze that can soften focus even as mood brightens. A soothing physical warmth follows, anchoring the body while the mind drifts into a relaxed, blissful haze. With THC typical in the 20–25% range, Guava Dawg is frequently chosen to ease stress, mood swings, fatigue, and appetite changes.
In hand, the buds appear as small, rounded bright green nugs threaded with slender orange hairs and a glaze of frosty trichomes. The aroma blends sharp chemical and fuel notes with a tropical citrus overtone, a scent that hints at the flavor to come. On the palate, expect a citrusy, tropical profile with a diesel-kissed edge and a touch of fruitiness, finished with a sweet, lightly spicy fade. This resilient cultivar is noted for its inviting aroma and its dual potential to calm the body while lifting the spirit.
