Heady Betty is a slightly sativa-dominant hybrid, roughly sixty percent sativa and forty percent indica, forged from a cross that brings together Alien Cookies with Colombian and Starfighter lineages. The name nods to the heady high that follows a single inhale, a lift that feels clear and cerebral rather than sedating. In both aroma and effect, the blend carries a bright, energetic character that blends smoothly into a social, creative buzz.
Practically as soon as the smoke clears, users may notice a quick, uplifting onset that brightens mood and encourages conversation, with a creative spark riding along on the wave of euphoria. The strain averages a potent 24-27% THC, contributing to a robust, long-lasting high. It is commonly chosen to ease chronic fatigue, depression, stress, and also provides relief for headaches and various pains, often leaving a sense of well-being and motivation.
On the palate, Heady Betty delivers a mouthwatering citrusy lemon profile that mingles sweet and sour notes with hints of melon. The aroma mirrors this balance, offering a melon-forward scent punctuated by pine and lemony citrus. Visually the flowers are dense and compact, with bright neon-green, heart-shaped buds accented by purple undertones, thin orange hairs, and a glaze of golden-amber trichomes.
