Jurassic Purp is a slightly indica-leaning hybrid with a roughly 60/40 tilt toward indica. It results from a cross of Cherry Pie with a lineage that includes Big Sur Holy Weed and Lil Purp. Its name nods to celebrity parentage and striking visuals, featuring dense, heart-shaped buds in dark olive greens with purple undertones, threaded by thin orange hairs and a glaze of bright white crystal trichomes.
As you break apart the purple-tinged nugs, aromas burst forth with sour citrusy pineapple, spicy dank, and a honeyed nuttiness. The flavor mirrors the bouquet, delivering a tropical pineapple sweetness accented by honey and a touch of spice that lingers on the tongue.
The high is spacey and heady, starting with an uplifted euphoria that broadens the mood before easing into a soothing, sedating body calm. You may feel your eyes grow heavier as the experience settles, making Jurassic Purp a good fit for evenings or times when you want to unwind. With potency typically in the mid to high twenties percent THC, it can ease anxiety, chronic pain, and depressive symptoms while leaving the user relaxed and at ease.
