Massassin, also billed as Auto Massassin or Massassin Auto, is an autoflowering, indica-dominant hybrid born from a cross of Monster Mass, AK47, and CMC Big Bud Auto. Its growth tends to be rapid and forgiving, yielding compact plants that finish quickly and carry resin-dense buds. The strain leans heavily toward indica, with a modest sativa presence and a touch of ruderalis that gives it autoflowering timing, making it a popular choice for growers seeking speed without sacrificing production.
Effect-wise, Massassin delivers an immediate cerebral lift that can feel numbing and hazy, often with reddened eyes and a groggy lid closure. As the heady rush settles, the body slides into calm, couch-locked relaxation punctuated by pulsing waves of warmth and tingle. With THC levels typically in the high teens to low twenties, the high is known for soothing chronic stress and anxiety, while also offering relief for pain and mood disruptions such as depression or PTSD.
On the palate, the smoke or vapor carries a sweet, creamy citrus flavor, reminiscent of lemon candy, with a spicy exhale that leaves a gentle tingle on the tongue. The aroma mirrors the flavor, pairing candy-sweet citrus with woody, earthy notes and a hint of pungency. In the garden, the buds present as fluffy, airy, conifer-like clusters of minty green calyxes, shingled with thin orange-red hairs and a coating of bright, crystal trichomes.
