Micro Giant is an almost regal indica-dominant hybrid, blending 50% Indica, 30% Sativa, and 20% Ruderalis. It results from a cross between the potent AK-47 and an unnamed Ruderalis line, a pairing that yields a robust, low-maintenance cultivar with a surprisingly forgiving grow profile. The flowering buds emerge airy and conical, dressed in olive green with minty undertones, threaded by thick dark amber pistils and a heavy coating of chunky white crystal trichomes.
Breaking apart the oversized nuggets releases a layered aroma of spicy pepper and woody haze, mingling with floral-earthy notes. The flavor follows suit, delivering a woody pine backbone softened by hints of sweet fruit and a touch of spicy flowers, finishing with a lingering resinous sweetness.
Onset is quasi-immediate after the last exhale, lifting the mood with a gentle happiness and a sense of easy calm that nudges aside negative thoughts. The initial clarity gives way to a sedative, full-body heaviness that can leave you couch-bound and unfocused on anything beyond the moment. With THC generally in the 12-18% range, Micro Giant suits those seeking relief from insomnia, depression, fatigue, headaches or migraines, and chronic stress or PTSD, while also appealing to seasoned indica lovers who enjoy a broad, soothing nightcap.
