Pause is a slightly indica-dominant hybrid (60% Indica / 40% Sativa) that traces its lineage to the Strawberry Banana strain. Named for its ability to slow things down and invite a moment of reflection, it’s a go-to option for unwinding after a long day. Its THC content sits in a broad range, commonly described as 12 to 27 percent, giving a balanced lift without pushing into heavy sedation.
Expect a rapid mental uptick as you exhale, followed by a soothing wave of relaxation that eases physical tension. The experience tends to promote conversation and a steady flow of ideas, all while keeping you calm and uplifted rather than couch-locked. As the effects spread, a gentle, warming calm takes hold across the body, letting you drift into a comfortable state of ease.
On the palate, buds appear as fluffy, rounded bright neon green nugs with amber undertones, long dark hairs, and a coating of chunky trichomes. The aroma leans earthy and fruity, with noticeable notes of fresh strawberries and a hint of spice that sweetens the smoke. In use with its mix of berry and sweet flavors, Pause is often sought for relief from chronic pain, stress, fatigue, nausea, and appetite loss, while remaining suitable for low-key social or creative moments.
