Punto Rojo Tierra Adentro, often called Punto Rojo, is a 100% sativa landrace native to Colombia. Its name points to a striking appearance: conical, neon-green buds with deep purple undertones, bright red-orange pistils, and a dense coat of purple-tinted white trichomes. This vivid cultivar embodies the upbeat energy typical of Colombian sativas, making it a daytime choice for moments when a little extra momentum is welcome.
When you break the buds apart, sweet sugary berries mingle with a skunky lemon-lime note, the aroma becoming more pronounced the more you toke. The flavor follows suit with a sugary berry sweetness accented by citrusy lemon-lime and a piney, woody undertone that lingers on the palate.
The high arrives quickly, lifting the mind into an energized euphoria that feels happy and creative while preserving a calm, alert focus. It is well suited for daytime use, providing motivation without heaviness. With THC typically in the 15-20% range, Punto Rojo Tierra Adentro is often chosen to help ease stress, depression, cramps or PMS, and fatigue.
