Reckless Rainbow is an indica-dominant hybrid born from a deliberate cross of Animal Cookies and Sour Apple, leaning toward deep relaxation with roughly 70% indica and 30% sativa. It’s a cultivar many seek on off days when the goal is to unwind fully, offering the comforting heaviness associated with classic indicas while still leaving room for a touch of uplift.
On the palate, the smoke treats you to a carnival of fruit flavors—blueberries, grapes, and cherries—woven together with a candy-sweet finish. The accompanying aroma echoes this fruity candy bouquet, with a berry-forward scent sharpened by a diesel edge and a peppery bite that lingers in the air.
Effects emerge a few minutes after the first exhale, lifting the mood with a gentle, buoyant happiness before settling into a tranquil body high. A creeping full-body relaxation soon follows, often accompanied by a sedative calm that can ease appetite loss, nausea, insomnia, chronic pain, cramps or muscle spasms. Typical THC sits in the 20–24% range, making Reckless Rainbow a reliable option for symptom relief. The buds themselves are stout and resinous, featuring olive-green nugs with purple undertones, thin red-orange hairs, and a frosty coat of purple-tinted white crystals.
