Royal Salute is a lightly sativa-leaning hybrid, a cross between Royal Sour and Long Valley Secret Sauce that leans toward uplifting mental effects with a touch of indica grounding. The combination yields a character that can spark clarity and energy while maintaining a soothing, calm undertone. Its lineage hints at a citrusy, vanilla sweetness with a creamy, minty depth that influences both aroma and flavor.
The high tends to be super lifted and tingly, saturating mind and body with a rising sense of euphoria. A back of the head buzz gives way to a hazy, unfocused clarity that remains surprisingly calm, and as the mind softens the body can drift toward a light couch-lock. Potency commonly sits in the low to mid twenties percentage range, offering a versatile profile that supports both daytime uplift and evening relaxation depending on dosage.
On the palate the notes blend lemon with sweetness and a vanilla edge, complemented by a creamy mint exhale. The aroma pairs citrus and mint with hints of spice, a sensorial preview of the smoke or vape. Visually the buds are dense and compact, with bright green coloration, amber pistils, and a frosty coating of resinous trichomes. Medically, users report relief for anxiety, chronic pain, depression, hypertension, and insomnia, making Royal Salute a candidate for varied symptom management.
