Samo 78 is a sativa-dominant hybrid, roughly 70 percent sativa and 30 percent indica, born from crossing the Pancake Ice and Ethos Haze IBL lines. The cross yields a bright, energetic profile and a resin-rich flower structure that hints at its potency. In appearance, the buds are dense and grape-shaped with a vivid emerald-green body accented by golden-amber undertones and thin orange pistils.
When combusted or vaped, the strain delivers an uplifting rush that sharpens the mind and fuels conversation, while spurring creative thinking and a sense of motivation. Users commonly feel sociable, happy, and euphoric, with a light physical relaxation that helps ease minor aches without dulling focus. THC levels tend to be high, typically around 26 to 33 percent, with CBD around 0 to 1 percent, aligning with its fatigue-fighting and mood-boosting character.
The aroma pairs citrus brightness with dank, diesel notes, plus hints of earth and pine that deepen as the buds warm. The flavor mirrors these cues, delivering sweet sugary citrus cookies with lemon and a piney, woody finish on exhale. Medically, many find relief from chronic fatigue, stress, headaches, and mood dips, all while remaining mentally engaged and socially responsive.
