Sour Primo is a sativa-dominant hybrid that leans toward the uplifting side, with an 80/20 indica split. It results from a prized cross between Juicy Fruit and Sour Diesel, yielding a profile that can push THC into a moderate to high range, roughly 17 to 24 percent. The aroma blends a bright sweet grassy lemon with a citrus edge, while the inhale carries lemony notes and the exhale reveals a kiss of grassy pine.
In function, the buds present as dense medium-sized spade-shaped nugs of neon bright green, densely coated in a resinous layer and threaded with twisty orange hairs. Trichomes glisten on the surface, and the resin feels syrupy to the touch, signaling potency and depth of flavor.
The lift arrives as a clear cerebral rush, an immediate head high that can bring focus and euphoria, followed by a warming body buzz that gradually eases tension. The combination supports high functionality and a sense of ease, which may help with stress, chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, and ADD/ADHD in relief-focused use. With lemon as the dominant flavor on the palate and a sweet aroma on the nose, Sour Primo offers a citrusy, uplifting experience tempered by a relaxing undercurrent.
