Super Grape Ape is an indica-dominant hybrid, an 80% Indica / 20% Sativa cross between the potent Grape Ape and the infamous Super Haze. The buds typically carry a THC level around 22 percent or higher, yielding effects that begin within minutes and settle into a long, sleep-inducing calm. At onset, a relaxing and uplifting mood spreads through the mind, accompanied by a slightly tingly, unfocused haze, before a full-body relaxation anchors you in ease.
Thanks to this combination of potency and effects, Super Grape Ape is often sought for nighttime relief from insomnia, chronic stress or anxiety, loss of appetite, and chronic pain. The experience tends to lean toward deep relaxation and sedative sleep, making it well suited for unwinding after a taxing day.
Its flavor blends a classic grape sweetness with herbal and spicy notes, with a fresh herb quality on the exhale. The aroma matches the flavor, offering earthy, fruity, grape and herbal scents with a pungent kick when combusted. Visually, the buds present as heart-shaped olive green nugs layered with fine light amber hairs and a frosting of light amber trichomes.
