Sweet Soul, sometimes marketed as Sweet Soul Auto or Auto Sweet Soul, is a sativa-dominant hybrid with autoflowering genetics born from a Grapefruit x Auto Jack cross. The plant leans toward a predominantly uplifting profile with a small ruderalis contribution, delivering a clear-headed, energizing experience. Its buds form as fluffy, spade-shaped nugs that glow emerald-green with subtle purple undertones, highlighted by slender red-orange pistils and a generous frost of purple-white crystals.
Breaking apart the buds releases a bright, sweet citrus aroma anchored by grapefruit and warmed with spicy kush and floral-earth nuances. The scent grows more intense with grinding, offering grapefruit zest sharpened by peppery spice and woods-like florals, a profile that translates to a crisp, zesty flavor on the palate.
The effects settle in quickly, lifting the mind into a gentle euphoric clarity that invites social interaction and energizes creative thought. With THC typically in the 22–23% range, Sweet Soul supports mood elevation and may ease chronic stress, depression, fatigue, and pain, making it a daytime-friendly option. Its autoflowering lineage also makes it an attractive choice for breeders seeking reliable, quicker crops and for patients seeking a dependable, uplifting experience.
