The Struthers, sometimes simply called Struthers, is a sativa-dominant hybrid born from a cross of Sour Diesel and OG Kush, then united with Purple God Bud. Its lineage predisposes a lively, daytime-friendly lift that fans describe as creatively energizing and motivating. With about a 70/30 tilt toward sativa, this cultivar tends to deliver a bright, focused head high that inspires movement and task-oriented energy.
That energy is paired with a boost in sociability and a sense of euphoria, making conversations flow and projects feel within reach. The effect arrives with a rapid start, fueling talkativeness and a determination to get things done while maintaining a buoyant mood. Typical THC sits in the mid-teens to around 20 percent, and many users report relief from fatigue, stress, anxiety, depression, arthritis, or mood disorders when tapping into its vigor.
On the palate, The Struthers offers a citrusy lemon sweetness with a sharp minty edge on the exhale, an aroma that carries notes of citrus, earth, lemon, mint, pine, and wood and grows zestier with every inhale. Visually, the buds appear fluffy and fat, emerald-green with golden undertones, threaded with thick orange hairs and a dense cap of chunky, golden-white trichomes. This combination of flavor, aroma, and resin-rich structure captures the strain's energetic, upbeat character while hinting at its versatile uses and bright, daylit appeal.
